Heath started his career with the company in 1998. He is the 3rd generation to lead the Company. Heath is a proud graduate of the University of South Dakota. Heath likes to hunt, fish, golf and spend time with his wife Laura and his 3 children, Kade, Elsie, and Elijah.

Barb started her career with the company in 1987. Barb is in charge of all finance, accounting and payroll for the company. Barb enjoys spending time with her family and following all the different activities her grandchildren are active in.
